A Sense of Place
Limestone is the soul of the vineyard, infusing the earth with minerals that nurture the vines, balancing water like a silent alchemist—holding what’s needed, releasing what’s not. The terra, the land itself, is a canvas painted by nature’s hand: its soil, sun, and air whisper together to shape the grapes’ character. Together, limestone and terra weave a story in every bottle, a tale of roots reaching deep into ancient earth and flavors born of place, passion, and time.
Every step in our winemaking process is intentional. We are committed to Regenerative Organic Certified (ROC) farming, harvesting our fruit by hand, and using native yeast. All in the pursuit of creating vibrant wines while providing great care for the land and our broader community.
